UPDATE:Sources close to Lady Gaga told TMZ that the singer is not engaged, and the ring she's wearing in the photo is not of the engagement kind.
PREVIOUSLYIs Lady Gaga engaged? Thanks to a blog post by celebrity photographer Terry Richardson, the Internet was buzzing Sunday that the famed singer might be heading down the aisle.
"Gaga showing off her new engagement ring!" reads Richardson's post, which includes a photo of Gaga showing off what looks like a diamond ring on her engagement finger.
Though it certainly looks like Gaga might be betrothed -- presumably to beau Taylor Kinney -- there has been no word from the singer on the subject.
The possible engagement news comes just weeks after Gaga and Kinney were rumored to have split after 10 months together. The pair met on the set of the singer's "You and I" music video.
Of course this isn't the first time that a photo of a star sporting some bling has started engagement rumors recently. Miley Cyrus posted a photo on Twitter of what many people believed to be an engagement ring from Liam Hemsworth earlier this year. However, the singer later denied the rumors.
