Bill Wisth Protests All-You-Can-Eat Fish Fry For Cutting Him Off

Hey, hey! Ho, ho! Gimme more fish and pizza, bro!

A Wisconsin man got cut off after he wolfed down a dozen pieces of fish at an all-you-can-eat fish fry, so he did what any red-blooded American would do: he made a picket sign and protested.

Bill Wisth -- a fish-eating machine at 6-foot-6-inches tall and 350 lbs -- was miffed when workers at his favorite local restaurant in Thiensville, Chuck's Place, said they were running out of yummy sea creatures.

"It's false advertising," Wisth told TMJ4. "We asked for more fish, and they refused to give us more fish."

Fed up with his whining, workers gave him eight more pieces of fish to go, but it wasn't enough. Wisth called police -- a move that turned up no results -- and came back two days later with a picket sign.

"I think that people have to stand up for consumers," he said.

The eatery didn't change its policy for Wisth. Waitress Elizabeth Roeming said the man has been a problem for years, and has a substantial tab he hasn't yet paid off, the Associated Press reported.

But Wisth said he's not done fighting the great fish fight, nor is he finished with fish-fry Fridays at Chuck's Place. Heck, he still admits the food is irresistible.

"They do have like some of the best pizza in town, if you like deep dish pizza," he told TMJ4.

He plans to picket every Sunday until the restaurant lets him eat all he can eat.

He should sue them for the cost of his meal and then use his lawsuit money to cover the tab he owes them.

I.e. He sues for $20 and owes them $60, he now only owes $40.

This guys should start out first paying the money he owes the restaurant and then giving them a heads up on when he'll be coming in so they can stock up appropriately to avoid running out of fish on one glutton. Even then he needs to respect the establishment and the customers, they may have to increase the cost to everyone else so he can eat himself to death.

On an episode of "What's Happening" they had all you can eat fish sticks at Rob's and of course Rerun was all over it. He ate a plate full of fish sticks and called Shirley over and asked for more but she said he couldn't have anymore. Rerun said "but I thought it is all you can eat". Shirley then said "Yea, and that's all you can eat!"

Fried fish isn't that expensive. Put the guy at a table by a window and hang a sign on him: "____ pounds of fish and still eating!" Let people bet on him. He'd be worth far more in advertising than the price of the fish. Just make him, you know, bathe and wear clean clothes each week.

No it's not!! You won't get this one until someone tries to tell you how to live.. or lies to you after making a promise. Unhealthy or not.. if I'm told I'll get "free coffee with my donuts"(for example) and then am suddenly told they won't give me coffee simply because I'm an everyday customer is, I'm sorry, lying. Also again, unhealthy or not, who are you to tell him how to eat.. or how to live? I'm suddenly emphasizing with conservatives who talk about the Obamas suggesting lifestyle choices ..which I used to think was a petty argument on the behalf of conservatives..

then dont call it "all you can eat" that is misleading...i eat at buffets all the time stay 2-4 hours it is all you can eat eat like 10 plates that is ok- they dont care...say its like " 6 pieces of fish plate"then
