Teresa Giudice Talks Finding A Place Of Peace, Her New Cookbook

Teresa's Castmates Are All 'Drama Queens'

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice doesn't care what her castmates think about her, she's finally in a place of peace -- a place she hopes Caroline Manzo, Jaqueline Laurita and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga will find soon.

"I don't read the negative things that my co-stars say about me in the press, they are all such drama queens and take themselves too seriously, it's hilarious," Giudice said. "It's like, calm down, you know? Life is too short for all of this negative drama, it happened over a year ago and I hope they can just accept my apology one of these days and move on. There's absolutely no reason to hold on to the negative things in the past. Let's all just close that chapter and start over."

Teresa’s new chapter starts Tuesday, with the debut of her new cookbook, "Fabulicious!: Fast & Fit." The book is full of what Teresa calls healthy and low calorie delicious Italian recipes that you can make in "30 minutes from start to stove."

"So much time has passed since my last cookbook, we filmed 'Housewives' a year ago so this is not the cookbook that Caroline, Melissa and Jacqueline keep talking about on the show," Giudice said. "I don't mention my co-stars in my new cookbook because they still can't let go of things that were said over a year ago that I have apologized for time and time again."
