'50 Shades Of Grey' Condos For Sale In Seattle

'50 Shades Of Grey' Penthouses For Sale

Penthouses in the Escala building, the setting for the kinky S&M novel "50 Shades of Grey," are now for sale. The building is located in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA.

Basic models at the Escala start around $400,000, but penthouses run anywhere between $4 million and $6 million.

Amenities include a gym with a yoga studio, a private spa, theater room, private dining room, and a dog run, among others.

Escala’s Director of Sales, Erik Mehr, told Zillow that about a year ago, his team began to get phone calls from people who wanted to know “the layouts of the penthouse and the details of the condos.” When they had open houses, book fans would show up, just to take a glimpse of the floor models and amenities.

This may be the reason that the sales team is taking serious inquiries only. Potential buyers must be pre-approved and pre-qualified.

Buying not an option for you? You can check out more pictures of the penthouses at Zillow's website.

This certainly isn't the first '50 Shades of Grey' attraction. New York's "Babeland" just held an inspired sex workshop. A "50 Shades" film is also being adapted.
