"Private Practice" Season 5 Finale: Amelia's heartbreaking decision

On the heartbreaking Season 5 Finale of "Private Practice" (Tue., 10 p.m. ET on ABC) Amelia gave birth to her son, and her colleagues at Seaside Wellness had to come to terms with her decision to harvest his organs for donation.

Critics applauded Caterina Scorsone's emotionally charged performance. TVFanatic said she was "absolutely fantastic tonight. ... This girl needs to totally be honored for her work."

But it wouldn't be a "Private Practice" Season Finale without the traditional cliffhanger ending: Will Addison say "yes" to Sam's proposal of marriage?
