The talented duo behind the ready-to-wear collection Costello Tagliapietra--Robert Tagliapietra and Jeffrey Costello are yet again offering some of their lovely designs to the masses.
After the success of their first capsule collection with Uniqlo, the guys have teamed up with Barneys to produce a line of beautiful jersey dresses called C&T Costello Tagliapietra. Retail prices for the collection start at $298--making them much more affordable then their signature threads.
"It's a love letter to all the women who have craved a greater accessibility to our brand," Robert and Jeffrey said in a release.
The 15 dresses that make up the collection keep with Brooklyn-based designers' exquisite draping skills and penchant for rich colors and prints.
The line launched Tuesday night with an intimate soiree held at the Barneys New York City flagship and attended by some of their fashionable fans, including Rachel Roy and Vogue editor Meredith Melling Burke. The dresses will be available exclusively at Barneys Co-op stores and via the Barneys e-commerce website.
We got the chance to chat with the charming plaid shirt and suspender-wearing twosome about the new collection and why all well-dressed women on-the-go will love them!
