He wasn't shot FROM intermediate range, he was shot in the chest IN the intermediate range; the 5th intercostal space, striking the paracardial sac, right coronary ventrical and right lung. He was basically executed with a dead on shot to the chest.

My question has not been asked or answered. When did TM first see the gun? Did perhaps GZ brandish a weapon, talk some trash and TM made the choice to attack him not knowing what on earth was going on?

See the thing is we don't know either way, which was what I was getting at. Let's face it, on the one hand yu have the guy with the gun who was a self styled neighborhood watch. On the other hand you have an unknown faction in a teenager. Who no matter what the press has said really wasn't any worse than a lot of teens I've known who managed to grow up to be responsible adults.
When I ask when did the kid see the gun, I'm asking did the kid see the gun and freak out and attack. Because teens being teens thinking ahead isn't usually a strong point for them. I also have to take into account some of the things that have come up in Zimmermans past, assault and domestic violence. So... I'm not defending either party. I'm just asking a question.

I do not know if GZ is a racist .But what is evedent is that he was wrong in everything he did.And ended in killing a inoccent human being,TM was not doing a crime..
I do think that comments coming from people are very very RACIAL. Whats wrong with people that think GZ was protecting himself?.Put yourself in this cituation.Anyone with any common sence would not have acted as GZ.

The sudden appearance of these pictures after all these weeks is suppose to support Zimmerman claim of self-defense. I gather that under. Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law, it provides immunity from prosecution if a person "reasonably believes" deadly force is necessary to prevent death, serious bodily injury, or the commission of a forcible felony.

Now how can someone leave his home, armed, pursue someone, confronts that person, picks a fight, kills that person, then turned around and claim self defense?! And all this happened in a common open place. Not Zimmerman's home? Something is seriously wrong with this.

I too, often get high and walk through gated communities that have had a lot of robberies. I also wear clothes that make it hard to see my face as I look at houses and dream of being an architect someday. Suspicious vigilantes always keep an eye on me too and I'm sick of it. A few even confronted me by asking what I was doing in their neighborhood. Instead of slamming their heads into the sidewalk and telling me that they're going to die I usually say "taste the rainbow racist vigilantes" and throw skittles at them until they walk away.

Trayvon could not have killed him with his fists and it is obvious that Zimmerman's wounds were superficial. No stitches, no need for ambulance. He could walk, was not dazed. He was a vigilante getting the worse of a fight he picked by stalking Trayvon on a dark rainy night. He chose to kill him. He has a record of anger management problems.

You have never heard of hands free devices, I see. TM had the headphones which can also be used as a headset for talking. He did not need to hold the phone with his hands.

Quite easily if he is on the ground, face up, TM is on top. GZ soimply has to get one hand free, draw his firearm, point it at TM's chest and pull the trigger. The bullet would then enter the front travelling toawrd the back and would easily pierce the heart.

there is a wittness that says martin was on top of zimmerman and zimmerman was calling for help,
It is very possible that martin was fighting on top of zimmerman, and it is also very possible that martin could be calling for help too, there many possibilities here, thsy could have gotten into a fist fight, zimmerman could have reached for his gun because martin hit him in the nose and zimmerman could have had his gun in his hand and martin was on top of him trying to get it loose, but noticed zimmerman was going to shoot, at that moment martin could have made a desperate call for help.
What I am saying is things may not be as they seem, the voice experts said it was martins voice his mom said it wasnt zimmermans father said it was his voice,
dont rush to judgement, I think he is guility but wait for the justice system to work, there are many people all over the world watching how the american justice system will work in this case, no wants zimmerman to get off on a tech. we want the fullest extent of the law to work here.

Here are some facts that liberals will not hear because their only source of news is from HuffPo/AOL screaming media headlines.

Zimmerman was told not to follow Travon by a 911 operator (not a police officer). At that point he lost track of where Travon was and headed back to his truck. There was no stalking. It was during that walk to his truck that Travon came up and gang banged on top of Zimmerman.

Now he is saying he was blindsided while on his way back to his truck, but we know from TM's girlfriend that she heard TM ask GZ why he(GZ) was following him just before the altercation started. Zimmeman also lied at his hearing with his fake apology to the family. He said he didn't know how old the boy was, thought he was close to his age, but on the 911 tape he says the boy is in his late teens. The dispatcher asks again, and he confirms.

What is so bizarre about this whole thing is the GZFC think it unjust that the rest of the world think GZ Is guilty of premeditated murder and should be punished. They ignore the fact that GZ made a judgment call when he armed himself and went looking for trouble.  He judged that TM was guilty of some crime any crime and he decided to hold court then and there.  George judged, sentenced and executed TM.  At least GM will get his day in court we all know what TM got.

Should Zimmerman be shown to be totally guiltless in this (legally, anyway), I don't think we will be hearing any apologies from the African-American leadership, or anyone else for that matter... no one at all, it appears, wants to believe that Trayvon was using martial arts on this guy and that Zimmerman did what he did to protect himself... not since we were shown Trayvon by the news in pictures as a younger kid than he was... I don't think the black community would budge an inch on this, just because of what they have suffered as a whole, but to me that kind of inability to admit wrong simply because of all the wrong done to YOU makes doing wrong to others in the name of what has been done wrong to you...right.

Actually, intermediate range suggests a lack of consistency in GZ's account. Close range is consistent with a gun struggle, and TM's fingerprints are not on the gun. Still sounds like a pack of lies to me babe.

I am white, tan actually and I think Zimmerman is absolutely guilty! Hate that this has to be about race. In Florida there are many cultures. As I said before; Zimmerman would look suspicious walking down the road in a lot of neighborhoods. A 49 y.o. white female can make some people nervous walking about. Why didnt George ask the young man if he were lost or needed help? That is how I approach someone if I am curious what their intentions are. We certainly dont need people this afraid carrying guns.
