Anonymous Hackers Apparently Infiltrate U.S. Justice Department Website

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - One or more unauthorized users gained access to the inner workings of a website run by the U.S. Justice Department, a department spokeswoman said on Monday after the hacker group Anonymous said they were behind the incident.

The hackers accessed a server that operates the Bureau of Justice Statistics' website, the spokeswoman said.

The bureau is responsible for collecting and analyzing data about crime — including computer security incidents — from throughout the United States.

The department spokeswoman declined to say when the alleged unauthorized access occurred or what data the hackers might have obtained. The department is looking into whether the unauthorized users broke criminal laws, she said.

Online statements attributed to Anonymous said they were responsible for the security breach and that the files they obtained include emails.

Anyone care to know the source of funding for Anonymous? I have told the FBI. I have told the police. And yet they do nothing. It would seem that the funding source of Anonymous is now "funding" our law enforcement agencies. They don't care. Now why is that? THINK about that. Anyone that cares to know the name of this billionaire funding Anonymous, just send me a message...here. Apparently, the FBI doesn't care who hacked them. Apparently our GOVERNMENT doesn't care...all of a sudden. Amzing what money will "buy" these days, isn't it? I intercepted internal e-mails among Anonymous members and they had NO idea I was doing it. I INVITE EVERYONE TO CALL AND QUESTION THE FBI AND CIA AND WHOEVER THE HELL IS SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING US AND ASK THEM WHY THEY DON'T CARE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE.

There are no terrorists. At least probably not like you and I would think of them. I mean sure there are some jihadis and ultra-nationalists, but they are mostly concerned about there own countries and regions. In America we have our own breed of maniacs, but again I wouldn't lose too much sleep over those bunker rats in rural Montana . Hostile foreign governments are the traditional enemy, but I firmly believe that in the 21st century the struggle of governments has shifted from the traditional state v state based conflict of our traditions to a new type of struggle against the very citizens of their own respective nations. The aim of the government of today's nation states is to stay in power perpetually, and that is why to a large degree all political factions (where they exist) basically resemble each others opposition where it really matters.
In the face of this we must realize that the very nature of human conflict has itself changed. The struggle is no longer between nation states, or political factions, it is instead between the ruling elite and the populace of their respective nations.

These guys have balls! But I think its fair to say we all need a big brother even the governments. Just to make sure we have a fair and equal system in place. For that to happen you would need complete openness and total access to all files ect. Something I do not see our government being ready or mature enough to wrap there heads around yet. Maybe one day. Anon is in trouble now! LOL
