Last week, a bunch of food media folks gathered at newly-reassessed four-starred Le Bernardin to roast one of the country's most controversial food critics: GQ's Alan Richman.
Bourdain and Richman are far from the best of friends after a series of disagreements but they semi-buried the hatchet when Richman agreed to get a Sazerac thrown in his face on "Treme." Still, the roast offered a great pulpit for Bourdain to get any lingering anger at his archenemy off his chest.
Bourdain's various zingers have already been well-reported (“Now, when you Google 'Alan Richman,' it suggests 'Alan Richman is a douchebag.' You’ve been Santorumed!") but now you can watch his full roast in all its glory.
Make sure to head over to GQ to see all the other roast videos, from Frank Bruni to Daniel Boulud.
