"Power couple" doesn't even begin to describe the union of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Although reality TV's reigning queen and the hip-hop chart-topper are both pop culture fixtures, we've got to ask: Who's riding whose coattails?
Fame today goes far beyond raw talent. It's the amalgamation of a star's digital footprint, press power, bank accounts and a slew of other variables -- and Kimye certainly knows how to pull in the numbers. So who wears the famous pants in this pair?
There is a clear winner. While Kanye is victorious when it comes to income, talent and receiving the most potent diss from President Obama, Kim rules the majority of the following categories. Kim has more than double Kanye's Twitter followers, a top 10 "Most Powerful" Forbes ranking, and an Internet-owning level of Google search volume.
But the "Gold Digger" singer can take Kim's fame trump card all the way to the bank. While he's raking in $17 million more than the reality TV darling, we're surprised Kim has been able to surpass arm-candy status.
