'Law & Order SVU' Season 13 Finale Cliffhanger: Captain Cragen Wakes Up To A Nasty Surprise (VIDEO)

Season 13 of "Law & Order SVU" (Wed., 10 p.m. ET on NBC) came to an explosive and shocking end Wednesday night.

The team had been investigating the death of a teenage prostitute and became embroiled in a vicious power struggle between the top two escort businesses in New York City.

Along the way they ran into Munch's former partner, Cassidy (Dean Winters) and a slew of big name guest stars before the episode ended on a major cliffhanger.

In a scene straight out of "The Godfather" playbook, Captain Cragen (Dan Florek) woke up in bed to find that he had blood on his hands. He lifted up the sheet to reveal ... not a horse's head, but a dead prostitute. Doink doink ...
