In a closet sized room in an apartment block that was in reality the laundry room - which held a single washer and a single dryer. (each floor had a laundry room like this.)

Of the 25, have not done it in a fitting room, in a theater, under a bed, in a clock tower (can you count a tower?), in press box, at major game (do futbol games count?) or the coliseum. The rest, yes

However, can add - Red Square at night, boat going down a Petersburg canal, inside Disney World, park adjacent to the Blue Mosque (almost got caught on that one), grounds of Kiev Larva (found an interesting place)....and can go on and on.
