Sad that Huffington Post would link to a Newsone article, not a reliable source. We don't know what happened. I find it hard to believe that four officers would shoot him 28 times for no reason at all.

Well, well, well, what a time it is for Black folks in 2012. Every since our President was elected, racism, prejudice and discrimination toward Black People, especially toward Black Males, has sky rocketed. I could not believe the time when a Republican Senator in a public arena called the President of the United States a 'liar". The Right simply refuses to credit the President with turning this country around financially, saving the auto industries and taking out Osama. It's as though it is too much to credit a Black President for cleaning up the mess a White President left.

All I know is that I hope and pray that things change because I feel something real bad and ugly brewing. I was young when the Watts riots and middle age during the Rodney King riots, they both happened in California and I hope to never see something like that again. However, unfortunately, both the Blacks and the Whites have some deep stemmed race issues that I do not think even God can intercede and make better. It is what it is and I do not see any immediate changes on both parts.

Obama is great. I voted for him and will vote for him again. Still think George Zimmerman fired in self-defense. Still think cops didn't shoot this guy for no good reason.

Quit talking about rioting and stirring the pot. Go bake some cookies or something.

Dude, there is so much prejudice and racism toward my people in 2012 that you are not aware of because you are not one of us. Killing a young black youth walking back to his home with a bag of skittles and a can of ice tea, shooting a man 28 times and then giving him 40 years is not something that is cool with us. If you only knew how upset the black community is over these events you would not joke about our concerns. I am just a middle aged black woman with no power or desire to want a race riot, but I do have a right to be concerned. Black women's days of nursing white children, baring our masters childrens and slaving in the kitchen has long been over, cook your own food and bake your own darn cookies. You can not make us shut up!

All I want is simply justice, no more and no less. It is not a black or white thing, just treat us the way you would like to be treated in the same situation. Treyvon would be in jail right today had he killed Zimmerman and you know it.!

IMO, those policemen definitely tried to kill Mr. Morgan--28 shots--and those policemen were incapable of killing him.

And the state conveniently "misplaced" some of the evidence!

I watched on WGN the Chicago Police Officer that stated Morgan had pulled his gun and shot him 4 times in the vest as other officers then fired on him. We would have to be there to see this event happen for the truth it appears. Cops shooting Cops! It's all bad.
