Coming on the heels of the incredible over-the-wall grab by Derrick Salberg is a highlight nearly as impressive. What this play from a high school baseball game between St. John's and Fremont Ross in Ohio lacks in eye-popping acrobatics it makes up for with teamwork.

We join the action on Monday when Ross shortstop Tyler Wolf came to bat with one out in the top of the third. Senior pitcher Joe Robie delivered a pitch to Wolf that was popped short and high along the first base line. Catcher Corey Tipton left his feet in pursuit of the ball but was unable to complete the grab. Instead, he tipped the ball to keep it from dropping, allowing Robie to make the diving, bare-handed catch.

Unlike Salberg's catch, Robie's didn't lock up the result. But St. Johns would go on to win the game 8-4.
