Gwyneth Paltrow Tweet: Star Tweets Uninteresting Photo From 'Iron Man 3' Set Amid Controversy Over Use Of N-Word

Gwyneth Paltrow Tweets 'Iron Man 3' Set Photo

Gwyneth Paltrow's Twitter has been in the news after she sent out a message that included the title of "N----s in Paris," a Jay-Z and Kanye West song. Paltrow was apparently on stage at the Paris stop of the rap duo's "Watch the Throne" tour.

Though friends like Russell Simons came to her defense ("I know her intentions were not to be offensive ... she was just proud of her friend, Jay-Z"), other celebrities like Q-Tip said her tweet was in poor taste ("Paltrow should [sic] have offered an [sic] "If I offended anyone I'm truly sorry" as a person who loves black people and understands").

Still, Paltrow made a savvy move Thursday, tweeting a photo from the set of "Iron Man 3." The actress plays Pepper Potts in the film, an assistant/boss and love interest to Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark. The only problem with Paltrow's tweet? It's probably the most boring set photo of all time:

Earlier this week, Marvel released an actual photo from the film, which shows Robert Downey Jr. standing before various stages of Iron Man Mark armor -- from Mark I to Mark VII, which was showcased in "Marvel's The Avengers."

In honor of Gwynnie's bold move toward less-controversial tweets, we compiled the following gallery of totally mindless missives that are only offensive in the mass boredom they may cause. Peruse at your own risk.
