Forget nip slips, too-high slits and the unfortunate no-panties shot. Kate Moss' worst wardrobe malfunction nightmares involve not zipping up the crotch of her pants.

As the supermodel admits to Grazia in the mag's new issue:

Grazia's Polly Vernon: Have you ever had any major wardrobe malfunctions?

Kate Moss: I've got a problem with zips. Sometimes I just forget to do them up! Ha ha! Running out the door! You know… Just zips!

It's true -- we've witnessed it firsthand on more than one occasion. What Kate neglects to mention is that she's also got a problem with belts (like our dear friend Kanye West). Maybe if she remembered to fasten her belt, she'd notice her fly was down?

Also, we hate to break it to you, Kate, but you've had way worse wardrobe malfunctions than some innocent XYZ. Like, uh, Monday, when Kate and her husband Jamie Hince left a private club in London and her dress turned out to be very, very bad at being opaque.
