It's no secret Jessica Simpson is focused on weight loss following the birth of her first child, daughter Maxwell.
Simpson wisely lined up a deal with Weight Watchers months before even giving birth to her little girl and looks to be making good on her promises. As spokesperson, she's set to drop the unwanted pregnancy pounds (an estimated 40-50 lbs) and earn a hefty paycheck while she's at it.
It seems the 31-year-old star is wasting no time, having been photographed numerous times pre- and post-work out only 6 weeks after becoming a mom. Looks like she means business!
Simpson was snapped leaving the a gym in Los Angeles, Calif., yesterday, showing off a slimmed down look. Simpson wasn't shy about her baby-weight gain, tweeting "Last chance to see me "fat" aka PREGNANT on the cover of Elle :) I loved this shoot, only on stands for a few more days!!!" in April, when she graced the cover of the magazine completely naked.
Simpson is in good company on this journey back to the body she once had. Fellow new mommy, Hilary Duff, is also taking a healthy approach to weight loss, telling Us Weekly, "I'm working hard and I'm doing everything I can to lose the weight the right way."
