Kate Middleton Repeats M Missoni At Another Diamond Jubilee Event (PHOTOS)

Oh, Kate. Do you ever go shopping?

The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out today wearing yet another repeated outfit. This time it was the blue tweedy coat-dress by M Missoni, first worn when Kate, Camilla and the queen attended the Diamond Jubilee event at Fortnum & Mason in March.

While Catherine dressed the look down back in March with loose hair and a flower pin, today's event in Nottingham saw the royal in a formal navy chapeau with coordinating navy heels (finally giving those nude L.K. Bennetts a rest!). Queen Elizabeth II stuck with her go-to look: a monochromatic Stewart Parvin coat and dress with a hat by Rachel Trevor-Morgan.

Kate's obvious outfit repeat comes on the heels of her most epic repeat yet: a wedding outfit consisting of five different re-worn items including a floral Jenny Packham dress and Katherine Hooker coat. The neutral wedding ensemble was preceded by Kate's pastel pink repeat, in which she re-wore her Emilia Wickstead frock twice in two weeks.

At this rate we're beginning to wonder whether the outfit recycling is Kate's savvy approach to developing her every-girl appeal... or if she's simply tired of shopping and dressing up for all these royal events. It must get tiring being pretty princess.

Nothing wrong with being practical and not wanting to waste or appear wasteful and buying new clothes for every event is wasteful. And too, when you find something that feel really good to wear, why not wear it - again?!

Camilla always looks so ridiculous -- 70s hairstyle, dingy teeth and her clothes always look like they just 'ended up on her' rather than she is 'wearing' them.

She wears her clothes like the rest of us....more than once, which is so refreshing. I agree with other posters that it's the news people who cannot make big bucks unless the Princess changes outfits constantly. Kate could wear a gunny sack and look wonderful. I think her radiant smile is her greatest asset.

Oh, why doesn't everybody just leave the girl alone. Who cares what she wears and how many times? I say good for her. In a time when so many are in need, saying no to obnoxious consumer consumption especially when one has the means, is admirable.

Shows Kate has a good sense of self - doesn't have to impress reporters. Well tailored clothes always look good. Am impressed by this young woman's choices. I think Diana would have loved her.

I think that in the woes of the financials today you would be happy to see Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge(as she should be address-- you seem to forget your ethnics) feels very secure in wearing her outfits more than once saving monies for more needed commodities like food, etc..I think she is very giving, special young lady that is very in tune to the pains of normal individuals who have to interchange their outfits and wear the same thing in the same month.....God Bless her and you as a reporter(media) get off her case......

I agree that it is good p.r. for the royals when the Duchess of Cambridge wears an outfit more than once. Not only does it show she is aware of the tough financial crunch so many are feeling but she wins praise from the royals for playing down attention given to her that draws attention away from the queen. This is the art of knowing her place. Keeping tabs on wardrobe repeats makes the media and fashion industry seem silly and out of touch, except to the clothes horses among us.

I reallly do like the Queen in aqua, I think it probably makes her eyes look bluer and that people enjoy looking at that color....

It's good when people in a position of power actually promote responsible consumption of our resources. I imagine there are millions around the world that would be more than happy to wear any coat, never-mind the same one every day.

Go GIRL... The only people who hate her wearing things twice are the reporters as they have less to talk about other than the event that is going on. Think about it from her perspective, if you went to all the trouble to select a dress ONE TIME because you liked it.... why do you all of a sudden hate it because you wore it once. She would look good in just about anything as she shines.

Well the one good thing I will say about Di (besides her charity publicity) is that she was GREAT for the British Fashion industry, but that also was the 80s when fashion WAS important.

Can't see a problem at all - actually i think it can be more fun to keep coming up new ways to recycle items in your own closet rather than simply shopping for new outfits for every occassions!

Only times it is a bit odd was the Duchess wore the pink Emilia coat dress twice consercutively in 2 big jubilee events. Odd only becos thinking she has more items to repeat rather than recycling exactly the same piece within a few days....
