The annual Puerto Rican Day Parade is a time-honored New York City tradition as much as it's vaguely confusing for many of the city's inhabitants. Especially one.

Kate the WASP continues her mission to try to understand different cultural enclaves of New York, this time by taking in the culture of the Puerto Rican Day Parade. Much like her experiences in Harlem, Kate may have good intentions, but pretty much completely misses the point of cultural understanding.

Although she does answer some burning questions, such as, "Is Cinco de Mayo a pre-party?" for the parade.
