Well, he certainly did a fine job building-out some exceptional high-performance hardware and software ... in spite of all that Wall Street recently screwed-up about it. Quite a feather he now has in his cap -- and, oh yeah, millions of dollars, which by the way he EARNED.

There are certainly serious problems in Facebook's business model, but it's exceptionally difficult to put together a team that can build software and hardware that (by the way, did you happen to notice, or did you just take it for granted?) is rock-solid under THAT kind of load. To be the chief-officer of that kind of effort, and to do it as well as he did do it, marshaling the combined effort of so many expert engineers ... IS a very big accomplishment. We have to give him that acknowledgment (and by extension, to all the countless many others who worked for him).
