My wife has chronic Lyme disease. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. It's been a 7 year battle before we even knew that's what she had. Doctors think you can cure it with 4 weeks of antibiotics. Not true. Try a few years of treatment before a person can even start to feel better. There is to much politics behind this disease also. The most difficult thing to deal with is the fact that the insurance companies do not want to pay for long term treatment. It has put us in the poor house because all of her treatment comes out of pocket. Thousands upon thousands I have spent. Not just on treatment but the thousands I spent just to get her diagnosed. We have seen every ist in the book. Anyway, hope no one has to go through what we have.

Diagnosed after over 11 years and finally beginning treatment with top llmd. I'm so sorry for what you've gone through (are going through). I do understand. Most people just don't/can't understand it and don't want to spend the time needed to even glimpse this disease.
My best to you.
