Even before the Republicans chose a presidential nominee it was widely assumed that Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., would be at the top of anybody’s list of vice presidential candidates.

President Obama took the wind out of the sails for Rubio to be on the GOP ticket. They know it and we know it. Maybe Mitt can ask Palin. Now that would be a fun circus. She could say she could see all of Mitt's off shore accounts from her front porch.

I don't really understand this "rising star" moniker that's been given to Marco Rubio. I can't think of one thing on his record that stands out qualifying him for such accolades. He seems to be a very nice man who may even be willing to do the unthinkable......compromise with the other side.

Goshdarnit, if this isn't a signal and winkwink hint plus also a sly fox way for Mitt Romney to let me know that I CAN once again JOIN HIM in the vast quest for the office of Vice President I don't know what is, so then because I am just so overjoyful with pridefulness and joyability that all those snake prayers finally are givin back, and too also that the gates have been flung open for me to once more step into those high-heeled footsteps that our long dead forefathers treaded upon, (even though they said don't), and to be able for Full Former Governor Romney to obviously drop the not so subtle ENDORSIFICATION OF ME to be able to re-step-up to the podiums and parking lots again, thrusting out my big star powers and vast wardrobes to the position of the Vice Presidents and go on up on all those stage sets and harshly lit places where I shone brightly (even on those bad weather days when I went where the sun don't shine) plus also I have my own One Notion Bus so we could then cover double the territories across this great nation youbetcha, that we must take back doggonnit, spreadin the message to get on in there and take back what we don't have again before the November 2012 Primaries.

Sarah Palin - You betcha NO..
John Edwards - no, small paternity problem
Al Gore - no
Joe Lieberman - no
Jack Kemp - nope, still dead
Dan Quayle - noe
Lloyd Bentson - no, still dead
GHB Bush - had his chance
Walter Mondale - a little old

Well that leaves Dick Cheney as the only viable experienced VP candidate.

It matters to one person. Mitt's VP pick. Like Sista Sarah, after the trashing their political career will be over. Which is why so many like Rube-eo want to wait till 2016, so if Obama wins they know it will be a wide open race for both parties. Their chances will be much better in 2016.
