WATCH: Local Fox Analyst Makes Unfortunate Jerry Sandusky Remark

Local Fox News legal analyst Robin Sax used a rather unfortunate idiom while analyzing the Jerry Sandusky case on KTTV on Tuesday.

Sandusky, the disgraced former Penn State assistant football coach, has been charged with more than 50 counts of serial child sex abuse. The prosecution rested earlier this week after more than 21 witnesses provided harrowing testimonies over the course of five days.

The defense, which opened its case on Monday, has not yet announced if Sandusky will take the stand. Sax, who has been analyzing the case for KTTV, offered Sandusky some free legal advice.

"He should not take the stand," Sax said. "He’s already proclaimed his innocence, he had his shot, he shot his wad, and he did a terrible job, and better not be placed in the position to have to explain it."
