'Entourage' Movie Could Start Filming In January 2013

Great News For 'Entourage' Fans

Ah, the world of widely adored series that go off the air and dissolve into a sea of "will they make a movie?" chatter. "Arrested Development" and "Bored to Death" fans know the feeling well, and now it seems devotees of HBO's bro-iest comedy of all time are in for some rumor-milling.

According to Hypable, Vinny Chase and friends will begin filming the "Entourage" movie in January. The script is currently being written by the show's creator, Doug Ellin.

That account syncs up with earlier hints by Mark Wahlberg, who recently said the film was being fast-tracked for production. Wahlberg, the film's executive producer, told GQ this past January that audiences would be treated to "sheer craziness -- the guys getting back to just being about the guys, you know? Lose the ladies. Go crazy. Give people what they want."

Jeremy Piven, who plays Ari Gold, said that his character is "teed up for a movie" after the twist at the series' finale.

Only one real question remains: What will President Obama do during his cameo?
