Jennifer Lopez Short Hair: Real Or Fake? (PHOTOS, POLL)

Is Jennifer Lopez looking for a change? The mega-star was spotted in Santiago, Chile, with her boy toy boyfriend Casper Smart with a short curly hair 'do, seemingly cropped right above her shoulders.

It immediately gave us flashbacks to the 2002 Oscars, when Lopez paired her pale pink Versace gown with that curly, pumped-up bob. Oh, those were the days...

Unfortunately, it might just be our eyes deceiving us. As the Daily Mail points out, J.Lo performed later that night with long curls cascading down her shoulders (and a nude sparkly bodysuit on, by the way). Extensions? A wig? Just our eyes playing tricks on us?

Either way, we hope the short hair is here to stay. We kinda love it...

If Jennifer Lopez was bald she would still be pretty. She has a lovely shape and beautiful face. Her hair looks good no matter if it is short or long.

These stars have enough money to have wigs, extensions up the wazu and we will never know what is real and what is fake. Has anyone ever seen Dolly Parton's real hair? If I had as much money as JLO, I could look nice too! I mean don't get me wrong, she is blessed with natural beauty and talent, but we only got to see that when she was just starting out, as a fly girl someone mentioned. To me, that is the real Jen. Raw, naturual and not fake. I am not just saying that directed at JLO only, it's for all the other stars, where once they got more money, they figure they can 'buy' their looks because they got the cash.

I wish someone would watch the Money train with Wesley Snipe, and Woody Haralson, you get to see the real Jenny from the block broader nose darker skin and cruley hair, also the old in living color when she was a fly girl... Jen just took out the extensions and didn't blow dry her hair street.. The cruley hair look is the real Jen Lopaz, I still don't understand why she doesn't talk about her son she had as a teen.

The so called style experts have been commenting on this for two days now. Do they not know that most of the time most celeb females wear wigs, weaves or extensions when out in public? She just isn't in this photo. Big deal!

Its a wig people. She wears wigs in public. Any shot of her with her hair down is probably a wig.
