Last week we saw 3D Pac Man street art and now we have Super Mario 3D chalk art; we hope this love affair between retro video games and 3D street art never ends!
Today's super addicting video is brought to you by Denver-based artist Chris Carlson and photographer Mike Larremore. The timelapse vid shows Carlson drawing Mario mid-leap atop an old school game controller; the head appears around 30 seconds, and the body is in place in a mere 48 seconds. After some shading, our favorite video game character comes to life.
As The Daily What pointed out, the soundtrack is a winner. This is exactly the background music we would want to accompany our daily lives, too.
