CONAN: 'I Wouldn't Change Anything'

Conan O'Brien appeared on "Piers Morgan Tonight" on Monday, where he spoke, among other things, about the now-infamous "Tonight Show" debacle that led him to end his long-running relationship with NBC.

With his trademark chipper disposition, O'Brien explained that he wouldn't change anything that happened because it brought him to where he is today. He also talked about looking back on the lives of historical figures and recognizing that there are always hardships in their stories. "In a good career there should be a lot of challenges," he explained.

O'Brien and "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno haven't spoken since the conflict left O'Brien shopping for a new home for his show. But since landing at TBS, he hasn't looked back. "I'm honestly happier now... this feels... like a greater achievement... because I'm doing exactly the show I want to do. I'm doing it with people that I love."
