Over the next several years, the players drafted this weekend in Pittsburgh will develop the way that players drafted every year do -- there will be first-round busts, late-round surprises, All-Stars at multiple positions and players who don’t blossom until they’ve been traded once or twice.

Grading the 2012 draft in 2012 is admittedly guesswork, but that’s what all 30 teams spent the weekend doing, too.
