Scalia is a toad and a major embarrassment to the once hallowed reputation of the SCOTUS. All one need do is google "SCOTUS Five" to see the multitude of entries about this disheartening group of individuals whose ugly goal seems to be to destroy all that is the best of our national, historical heritage. The truly worrisome thing to me is that while Scalia is the ringleader, he has made it exceeedingly

It's unfortunate that the third leg of the American constitution is potentially biased and can be bought with favors from the rich or a political elite. The judicial branch needs to separate themselves from their political affiliation and should not be allowed to party and hang out with political elites for fear of suspect bias. I am actually very proud to see JUstice Roberts acted in accordance to his conscience for the first time. He earned my respect. What's truly disgusting is the only body with the power to sanction him is as divisive as he is...

I don't know, Frankie. Pressure's on. People have had it with him. He's gone overboard way too many times now, and what's done is done. He thinks he has RIGHTS, he's full of p*ss and vinegar, and he's now chastising the president. Time to hit the road, I say (and so do others).

How he can go duck hunting w VP Cheney in 2004 and either 1) not consider that an impropriety; or 2) Think HE (Scalia) is above it ---- deems him unsuitable for the judiciary:
