President Obama may well have sealed his own fate this November. This decision may prove to infuriate an already crazed Republican base. I fear that it may turn out to be the "miracle" that Romney was praying for. That'll be the one thing that would push me over the cliff into nihilism.

I hope so. I would rather have Romney than Obama any day.

Oh lord I am listening to the House Speaker and Mr. Cantor, Mr. Mc Carthy of California, telling us how they are going to fix health care and make it cheaper, and in July they are going to pass a bill to repeal the health care bill! These people are back to three years ago, and can not get it through their thick heads. THEY LOST. Want to help: sit down with the Democrats, Insurance Companies, Doctors, Hospitals and find the things that ARE in fact wrong with the bill, fix them make the bill better and STOP WITH THE STUPID POLITICAL BULL CRAP!!!!!!

I have been posting, plus letters to the editor, letters to a whole bunch of Politicians in favor of the Health Care Law! Now that is has been declared Constitutional it is time to drop the other foot! I as most of us have not read the thousands of pages of this bill! So I say this based only on my years of watching, listening to, and seeing the results of bills/laws passed by our Legislative bodies. We can be 100% certain that in those thousands of pages of legalize and political double talk there are literally hundreds of mistakes and errors. NOW: If our Congresspersons and Senators would do the RIGHT thing, they would go through the bill on a REAL BIPARTISAN basis, and find/repair/fix/adjust the law so that America gets the BEST DAMMED HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IN THE WORLD! Politics should have NOTHING to do what is right for the population! (boy do I have day dreams or not? bipartisan politicians for the good of the people!)

Boehner and his cohorts may get sick of all this that has happened but oh wait they have the best healthcare package!

Turn off the Faux News and go read a history book. Obama is not damaging the country, he's making healthcare a moral issue, which it IS. Wake up - we have the best healthcare in the world, it's true, but ONLY if you can afford it and that is wrong.

Or putting your head back together after a motorcycle accident after you lost your job? Or Triple Bypass? Or Cancer (Young People are not Immune). Or having a Child with a debilitating illness? You sound Very Selfish and Immature to think you will Never be on the Receiving End of the Health Care System.

This law is very poorly thought out...and well lead to very big divisions in this country. Nobody wants to pay for anything in this country. i doubt the working poor will want to pay for grandpas viagra...or the non compliant COPD patient who continues to smoke. Costs will go up not down....This was not the way to do this.....so we'll continue to have divisions, anger, rising costs and more crap that will burden our economy. Go ahead and dance on your own grave. You might be happy that you now can provide 12 million Mexican citizens with health care...I for one think Americans come first....you all are very generous with OPM.

If you put it that way...But what if you said your neighbor's child's leukemia treatments, or your Aunt Maggie's cornea transplants, etc.

Do you think you should pay for a non compliant COPD patient who continues to smoke? A diabetes patient who is non compliant and needs a kidney or pancreas transplant? Yes its really a big question.....we have Americans we practice a very unhealthy life style.
Just how much am I responsible for others bad choices.

I think the republicans are now going to attack the US Supreme Court because they cannot handle anything that does not go in their favor.

It was the right thing to do for this country. This law will make it better for all Americans to get health care.

Seriously? Once again, a "progressive" that is 180 degrees out of touch with reality.

YOUR party, including your President, was attacking the Supreme Court before the ruling even came out.

He's everyone's President, whether you like it or not. Unless you want to leave, then go ahead. Also, the SCOTUS is not always right (see Citizens United), but they are right this time. Healthcare is a moral issue.

It does NOT work that way! Trust me on this (I retired at 70) make sure you have provided for retirement with a bit more than Social Security and Medicare! If that is you soul source of retirement income and medical coverage you gonna be in a whole lot of trouble! L O L

I hope so. If socialist medicine with forced minimum insurance kicks in, it will put our small business out of business. This will be a huge incentive to just quit trying. I have been working/putting in money for almost 40 years, so maybe it is time to stop. It looks like there will be free medical for all, and maybe a few years' worth of unemployment available....

So, do you Obama-supporters see what is happening/will happen? The few who are paying will get tired of it, and will adopt the "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" mentality, and then where will the country be? Hmmm, maybe we'll become like Kenya - Can't Wait.

Too bad. While I want to see universal health care. The current law fails to give it. Insurance companies continue to rase rates and bleed us all dry. They continue to deny care. 50 million remain uninsured at this time. 122 people died today, as everyday, due to lack of care in this country. it would have been better to strike down this poor excuse for reform and start over with a renewed push for universal care. http://gothealthcaremovie.com

Do not agree, we take this bill, go through it with a microscope and make sure that what is wrong with it is either removed, repaired, or made better! This bill provides a legal place to finally work on a GOOD health care system!

Oh, the poor GOP/baggers. They're going to have to be responsible adults and purchase health insurance now instead of continuing to mooch off of everybody else while they clog up the ER's with non-emergency health complaints.
