For Zagat's next installment of challenging chefs to create restaurant-quality dishes from mass-produced snacks (see: Steak-Umm challenge and the Easy Bake Oven challenge), Fabio Viviani attemps to make fresh pasta using Doritos and Pringles (both pizza-flavored!).
Sounds a little bit gross to us, but the chef was actually pleasantly surprised with the results...though he was embarrassed to be seen cooking with processed food.
