Jimmy Fallon's thank you notes have become a Friday tradition. One of the most popular recurring segments on the show, they've even been collected in two books.

But more importantly, they're an opportunity for Fallon to do his best to make The Roots lose their cool, which he accomplished a couple of times on this week's segment.

This time around, Fallon gets keyboardist James giggling from the beginning, and then goes on to thank Tropical Storm Debby, L.L. Bean ("Don't call it a kayak!"), and Uncle Sam. Watch the full clip above and let us know what your favorite note was.
