"America's Got Talent" live quarter-finals: the judges fight over the acts

As "America's Got Talent" (Mon., 9 p.m. ET on NBC) headed into the live quarter-finals round of the competition the judges were still not seeing eye-to-eye.

Howard Stern and Sharon Osbourne bickered over whether to send Michael Nejad home. Stern wanted him gone, but Osbourne was still fighting in Nejad's corner.

"We sat in a room in Vegas, darling," said Stern, jabbing his finger at her. "I told you 'no.' You and Howie would not take no for an answer and I had to put him through. ... Think of all the acts that you saw on the road that should've been on instead of Michael."

For her part, Osbourne threatened, "I'm gonna bite that finger if you point it at me one more time."

The "America's Got Talent" live shows air Mondays at 8:30 p.m. ET and Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
