Joshua Haskins Sees Stars After Allegedly Mooning Oswego County Police (MUGSHOT)

Out Of Hand Trailer Park Party: Police Allegedly Mooned, Threatened

From the looks of this mug shot, a New York man was likely seeing stars after police took him into custody for mooning officers earlier this week.

According to the Oswego County Sheriff's Office, authorities were called to the Woodland Trailer Park in Hannibal early Monday to investigate a noise complaint. While at the scene, 24-year-old Joshua Haskins and 23-year-old David Gagnon allegedly confronted the officers.

Haskins, police said, threatened to fight the deputies and "dropped his shorts to expose his buttocks in front of patrol officers and a large group of people."

Gagnon kept his clothes on during the incident, but allegedly threatened the officers. The police report says he poked a deputy, "several times in the chest with his finger" and was uncooperative with deputies.

The sheriff's deputies didn't turn the other cheek and took both men into custody.

Haskins was charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 19.

Gagnon was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Hannibal Court on July 17.
