Like classic cars? Like comedians? Like coffee? Then Jerry Seinfeld's new web series, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee might be for you.
The promo for the series just hit the Web Thursday morning and, true to its name, it appears to feature some of Seinfeld's famous comedy friends as well as various amazing cars from his famed collection. However, the "coffee" of the title doesn't put in much of an appearance, so no word on how it will fit into the picture. Our guess is that Mr. Seinfeld does not allow his passengers to drink a hot beverage in one of his meticulously restored vehicles, so the little jaunts must end at an alternate location where coffee can safely be consumed.
Colin Quinn, Larry David, Alec Baldwin, Ricky Gervais and more appear in the promo, and they seem alternately jovial and terrified of Seinfeld's driving. The series is set to begin on July 19.
