This can't possibly work, right? And even if it does, is the citrus fruit not already nature's most perfect spray bottle? We suppose that if you are really serious about misting your food very evenly with citrus juice, then the Stem is the product for you.
How does it work? Well, exactly how it looks like it works, really. You shove the sprayer right into a lemon/lime/grapefruit and then mist away. Says inventor, Timothy Houle, "Stem is designed to allow a cook to spray juice directly from a citrus fruit. No longer do you have to cut and squeeze your fruit to get the juice out like a common cook."
Ah, yes. Who hasn't known the frustration of having to cut into a lemon and squeeze it with your hands like a peasant? Although this product seems ridiculous, we're sure we'd be happy to have one if we'd gotten a few paper-cuts that day. Watch your eyes, and please spray responsibly.
