Whether spending time with family and friends or relaxing solo, our readers didn't let the record heat keep them from enjoying the weekend outdoors. Horseback riding, playing in the sand, enjoying a nice glass of wine during a picnic, or, you know, dressing up as mermaids to run a 10K, it's hard to say which one of our readers had the best weekend ever.

In case you forgot, the premise of #BestWeekendEver is that, as much as we look forward to the weekend (even when it's only Monday), it's also fun to look back on the amazing couple of days you just had and appreciate that time.

Check out the slideshow, and don't forget to take a snapshot of your favorite moment next weekend and send it to women@huffingtonpost.com. We'll feature it in next week's Best Weekend Ever slideshow.

The chorus mission is to entertain, enlighten, unify and heal our audience and members, using the power of words and music to recognize the value of gay and straight people and their relationships. The GALA Festival has more than 6000 delegates from around the world and features more than 200 performances in five days. The music is moving, the talent inspiring and the love overwhelming. It is truly an honor to be here.
