I agree on the generic. Doesn't seem to make sense. Obama at 49% with RV is not bad, but obviously closer with LV. Romneyhasn't been polling much past 46-47 in most of the polls.

Hard to figure this one out, when you look at the crosstabs; too many Dem-identified voters in the sample for one thing, OK; but why is there a big dropoff in Dem strength on the generic coupled with a Romney mini-collapse in the horse race; you'd think it would be the opposite way. Or are voters starting to think in terms of splitting their tickets? Obama's a better leader of the free world, compared to to Willard---Outsourcer/offshorer to the free world, but we need crazy wingnuts to rein in those "Socialist" tendencies?

This is a pretty good poll for the president, and I'm still puzzled that the GOP has a 4 point advantage in the generic. Even Rasmussen had better news for the Dems this week.

Citizens United, really was an affective plan by the courts to destroy nearly 2 decades worth of campaign finance legislation. I often wonder if Mccain's loss, was the key reason the GOP decided to buy off the Supreme court to cheat? I mean, Mccain was very humble when it came to campaigns, and had integrity in the sense, false stories, propoganda and lies come back to haunt you in the end. He had a huge number done to him, from George W. Bush's campaign and Karl Rove in 2000, so by 2008, the GOP had no steam left, so Mccain took the fall. After that the GOP decided that Obama would be too transformative of a president for them, and no longer would there be an ounce of honesty left.
