Tara Reardon, N.H. Employment Security Commissioner, Accused Of Getting Daughter Unemployment Benefits

The Nashua Telegraph is reporting that Tara Reardon, the commissioner for Employment Security and a Concord School Board member, had her daughter hired for a summer job and then ordered a state employee to have her laid-off instead of released from the job so that the daughter could collect benefits.

According to the report, two agency employees charged Reardon with violation of the anti-nepotism law and ethics rules.
