The Obama play is getting AA turnout as close to 20% as possible. I think 17% to 18% is realistic knowing the organization has flooded the state with offices and workers.

I believe a small percentage of African Americans are telling pollsters they are voting GOP for an opposite Wilder effect. That's just my opinion looking at polls that show Obama only with 80%-85% of that group. It pretty much offsets the percentage of whites telling pollsters they are voting for Obama.

I think Tim Kaine wins by 2%-4% on election day due to the AA crowd & NOVA.

This has been a long term weird pattern in VA, in 2008 3 different polling firms showed McCain with 20% of the black vote, of course he only got 6% in VA. I think maybe the millitary is being over sample skewing the results?

North Carolina also gives weird results with Latino, Survey USA/Civitas has Romney winning Latinos there 65%-34%, I think the same oversampling of memebers of the military explain it.

According to this poll there are 20 percent of African Americans supporting Macaca, which didn't quite seem to make sense to me.
