Hola, Hayden Panettiere!

The 22-year-old "Heroes" actress showed off her flawless bikini body in a strapless green two-piece, while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Panettiere was south of the border to indulge in a relaxing vacation with friends and her boyfriend, New York Jets player Scotty McKnight.

But fresh from her Mexican getaway, the stunner was back to the red carpet grind, supporting her beau at Wednesday evening's 2012 ESPY awards. Panettiere went from beach-ready to bombshell, posing in a delicately detailed, floor-length Giorgio Armani strapless gown.
