Pippa Middleton Hides Behind Giant New Sunglasses (PHOTO)

Kate Middleton may avoid shopping like the plague, but her sister Pippa has scored some new items.

New for us, at least. And we keep close tabs on these things.

After looking summery and girly at Wimbledon , Pippa Middleton went out for coffee in London today in a rather tomboyish get-up: slouchy gray jeans, a white long-sleeve tee, a floral scarf and -- wait for it -- sneakers! Converse sneakers, from the look of it.

But we're taken with what look like new accessories: a leather bag (is that a Tory Burch logo we spy?) and some major aviator shades. It's a bold new look for Pips, who spent the past year wearing her Chanel 5205s and her Ray-Ban 3386s to death. These are less glam than cool with a sporty touch... plus they practically cover her whole face.

That's what happens after you have a giant controversy splashed across the tabloids. Big scandal equals big sunglasses.
