Hitting up a Taste line doesn't have to hurt with your waistline.

Humana, a sponsor of the annual Taste of Chicago food fest, has rounded up 27 menu items from 15 restaurants that are particularly healthy options among this year's lineup. Qualifiers include calories, sodium and saturated fat content, and appetizers, entrees and desserts that make the cut will be marked with a green apple throughout the five-day event.

With to-die-for options like black bean burger sliders, mustard-fried catfish and guava sorbet making the cut, eating smart at the foodie paradise doesn't mean you have to sacrifice flavor.
