Flavor Flav Takes To Southwest Airlines Loudspeaker To Plug Chicken Joint (AUDIO)

Flavor Flav Takes Over Plane's PA To Plug Restaurant

In case they weren't sure where to grab a bite in Vegas, passengers on a Southwest flight Thursday got a tip from an inside source.

In his nearly two minute address, the rapper warned passengers about the hot weather in Vegas and asked them to thank the flight attendants and pilots before telling them to check out Flavor Flav's House of Flavor. He takes time to share the restaurant's address, as well as to recite the menu that features such offerings as fried chicken, collard greens, potato salad and coleslaw.

Flav signs off by leading the whole plane in a chorus of "Flavaaaa Flavvvvvvvv." Check out the audio above.

This isn't the first restaurant for Flavor Flav, who opened Flav's Fried Chicken in Iowa in January 2011. (Check out a commercial here.) His first venture didn't last long, though, as employees were soon complaining of bounced checks. The restaurant closed after just four months.
