Miley Cyrus just became a blonde, but sources tell Us Weekly that the singer and actress is ready to make a much bigger change in her life.
The 19-year-old just announced she was engaged to longtime boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in June, and sources tell the magazine the singer isn't so much worried about planning her wedding as she is about getting pregnant ASAP.
"Miley and Liam really want to have a baby quickly," a source close to the Cyrus family told Us Weekly, explaining that the couple are motivated by the fact that Liam's older brother, Chris Hemsworth, recently became a new dad.
The 28-year-old "Thor" star and his wife, Elsa Pataky, welcomed their daughter, India in May 2012. Claims that Miley is desperate to get pregnant quickly would make sense if she and Liam want their children to be close in age to India.
Ever since Miley and Liam announced their engagement, rumors about the two began swirling. It was erroneously reported that the couple planned to tie the knot just weeks after they became betrothed, while others have speculated that Cyrus is already pregnant -- though her increasingly shrinking body, courtesy of daily Pilates classes, appears to dispel that rumor.
It seems that every move Cyrus makes is documented these days, and pregnancy rumors are sure to make the paparazzi follow the "LOL: Laughing Out Loud" star even more closely. On June 10, Cyrus didn't hold back her thoughts about the photographers, telling her Twitter followers:
Cyrus again lamented the constant presence of paps Sunday, tweeting, “How is it legal for men I’ve never seen before to sit in front of my house and then follow me around! So shady and scary."
