Nutritionist Dawn Jackson Blatner recently visited "Anderson" and offered weight loss tips targeting this very issue. One audience member voiced her concerns about her slow metabolism, telling Blatner that she exercises a couple of days each week, but finds losing those last, pesky 10 pounds difficult.
Blatner's approach to overcoming a slow metabolism? Focus on making smaller changes. “A 10 pound weight loss is only a hundred calories difference per day,” said Blatner. “It’s looking for nothing big to change, but those tiny little details.”
