Never mess with a mother's child. If Kalon learns anything, that's the lesson he'll surely take from his exchange with Emily Maynard on "The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All" (Mon., 8 p.m. ET on ABC) special. It was the single mother's first chance to talk to him after he'd called her daughter "baggage" on the show, and she didn't hold back.
"I’m obviously sorry for the way things went down between us," he said. "But I am trying to use it as a growing experience in my future relationships, and I really wish the best for you."
But Emily wasn't buying it for a second, telling him he should go into politics "because that is the biggest load of shit I’ve ever heard!"
Kalon smirked uncomfortably as Emily wished the best for him, hoping he'll find something more important in his life than the material things he seems to love to flaunt. Based on his smarmy expressions and defense of his helicopter debut, it seems unlikely any time soon.
Fans who love to hate Kalon can look forward to seeing him on the new season of "Bachelor Pad," premiering next Monday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. But first, tune into ABC on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET to see who Emily chooses on the season finale of "The Bachelorette."
