Bristol And Gino Talk About Marriage And Proposals On 'Bristol Palin: Life's A Tripp'

Is it time to start talking about Brino on "Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp"? Things are getting more and more serious between Bristol and her boyfriend Gino. So serious that she simply had to ask him about marriage.

Gino played it coy, saying, "It’s in God’s hands." He may or may not have something planned, but he's certainly not ready to say if he is concocting a proposal.

He was willing to tell her that he can't imagine being with anyone else. "I know that I love you to death. And I know that I love Tripp," he told her.

It was a genuine and sweet moment between the couple that had fans of the show "oohing" and "awwing" at home, if their Tweets are any indication. Could this inaugural season be building to a marriage proposal?
