Dan Deacon loves games. Back in May, he got the Occupy May Day crowd to perform an interpretive dance for him. For his latest trick, Deacon has turned the music video for his song "True Thrush" into the ultimate game of telephone.
Deacon and co-director Ben O'Brien began by filming a scene in a cluttered room filled with small details. When they were finished, they showed it to another team of two people, who had one hour and one take to recreate it from memory. That video was shown to the following team, and so on, you get the picture.
But did they get the picture? Watch and see how far this scene travels from its origins.
