While most women try to hide the fact that they've added a little (or lot) of volume and length on top with extensions, Wendy Williams' hair says "faux" loud and proud. Since her controversial beginnings as an outspoken radio disc jockey dishing celebrity dirt, the New Jersey native has happily sported super high ponytails and thick, blonde braids. And even though she's become this big-time talk show queen, Wendy's hair story keeps getting bigger and better.
Wendy has worn a plethora of wigs since her daytime television debut in 2008, including golden spiral curls, ombre waves, shoulder-length bobs and Poppy Montgomery-inspired red locks. And she's even shared her love for extravagant extensions in an original sketch series called "Hairpiece Theatre," where stars like Queen Latifah, David Alan Grier and Gabourey Sidibe get in on the fake hair fun. Unbeweavable!
As Wendy celebrates her 48th birthday today (July 18th), we're taking a look back at the media queen's hairstyles over the years. Vote on all her looks in the slideshow below.
